YOU'RE INVITED! Sat. May 16th at 12pm - "Welcome to PA" Highlands Trail Celebration!
You're invited to a celebration in honor of the 150-mile Highlands Trail reaching the NJ/PA border & marking the beginning of the Highlands Trail in the PA Highlands.

Join in this exciting and family-friendly celebration by welcoming the Highlands Trail into PA via the Roebling Bridge! The PA Highlands Trail Network is envisioned to traverse the 13-county PA Highlands beginning in Riegelsville, PA - Bucks County.


Location: Meet at 12pm at the Roebling Bridge located on Delaware Road off of Rt. 611 in Riegelsville.

Parking: Riegelsville Borough Park located of of Rt. 611 on Ash Lane & street parking in the Borough.

* Following the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Roebling Bridge we will walk (~0.5 miles) to the Borough Park to enjoy refreshments and signup for the hikes, a bike ride, and paddling demos. Handicapped paerking is available at the Borough Park and the Roebling Bridge. Rain or Shine.

  • Refreshments at the Riegelsville Borough Park (catered by Figtree Market & Catering in Riegelsville)
  • Local Hikes at Mariton Wildlife Sanctuary
